Why BAMs?

I know the all or nothing pattern because I lived it.

For years, I existed in the all-or-nothing space:

Long runs.
Strict diets.

Chasing endorphins like they were the solution.

I genuinely believed discipline alone would keep me fit forever.

Spoiler: It didn't.

Life handed us multiple stressors one right after the other, and I found myself living in fight-or-flight mode every single day. I was running on adrenaline, but crashed hard when the fake “fight energy” wore off a few years later.

I was feeling completely depleted.

The Habits That Saved Me Weren’t Extreme.

They Were Simple and Repeatable.

They were my BAM Habits (Bare Ass Minimums) for movement, nutrition and recovery. These habits carried me through some hard years and became the foundation that kept things from spiraling further.
